HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER

  1. Apply online. Each adult 16 years of age or older who will live in your unit MUST complete an application.
  2. Once the application is received, you will be placed on our waiting list.
  3. When a unit becomes available, the waiting list will be contacted and eligible applicants will be asked to provide up-to-date information, including (but not limited to) provide proof of income.
  4. Once you’ve submitted all the information and seen the unit, and have confirmed interest, your application will be forwarded to the Member Selection Committee, who will contact you for an interview. The purpose of the interview is to try to get to know you a little better. It also gives you the opportunity to ask questions of people who live here.
  5. After the interview, the co-op will conduct a credit, employment, and landlord check.
  6. Final applications are forwarded to the Board of Directors, who will make the final decision.
